For How Long can I Hold the Products in My Cart?
From the time when the first item was added to cart one will get 40 minutes to complete the shopping process. After 30 minutes you will get a gentle reminder "TIME IS RUNNING OUT".
How Can I Cancel My Order?
Within 2 hours from the time of ordering, just you can call us at +880 1777 750421-23 or write to us at email@example.com asking for a cancellation.
How Do I Add More Products to My Order Placed?
Since our whole system is automated once an Order number is generated you will not be able to add more items to the same Order. But need more items like chal dal, fruits, vegetable and groceries? Then go ahead and place a new order!
If I can’t find my desired product, what should I do?
We love to hear from you. You can just call us at +880 1777 750421-23 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to manage your product(chal dal, fruits, vegetables or any groceries) based on the principles of R2S and inform you accordingly.
Does R2S take orders during Eid holiday, Hartal or Unrest situation?
We are always available to minimize your worries. We carefully deliver all your needs (chal dal, fruits, vegetable and groceries) in any exceptional situation.

What are the rules regarding delivery costs?
The delivery charge is free for Dhaka city if the order is 2000 TK or more. Otherwise the delivery cost would be 30 TK.
How long do the deliveries take?
It varies due to geographical proximity. Generally, we deliver within 2 hours in DOHS areas like Mahakhali, Banani, Baridhara and Mirpur. For the rest of Dhaka, we try to deliver on the same day. Most of our deliveries happen within 3 hours of ordering. You can also specify a convenient time and we will send the products during that time.
Can I specify my convenient time of Delivery?
Of course you can! We love to care about your convenience.
What are the delivery hours?
We usually deliver from 8 am to 8 pm every day. You can choose a slot best suited to your availability.
Should I tip the delivery representative?
No. We request you not to tip them because of our service principle.

How Do I Reset the Password of My Account?
Resetting your password is very simple. Just log into your account, and then:
1. Go to ‘My Profile'
2. Click on ‘Change Password'- a pop-up opens up
3. Enter all your necessary details (old & new password) and then click on ‘Apply'.
